Default N/E or E/N Build Idea, Need suggestions

Ok im thinking about these two choices. I wanted to minimized the necromancers weakness, so i was thinking they need to deal more damage, so how about using some earth skills to deal so damage like (Earthquake) and (aftershock), or (stoning) tied to a weakness dealing skill like (Enfeeble) or (Enfeebling Blood)from the necro. Also with Earth magic (armor of earth) will make u last longer, and mabye some blood skills to keep your health up.

I didn't know which route to take eighter with blood curses or death. What do you guys think would be a good way to finish off this build for PvP?

Speaking from a monk-killing perspective, you'd want to take enchantment removal to cut through a monk's defenses, then spike him while trying to limit his healing. I wouldn't recommend earth as your main source of damage since you usually have to be sitting right next to the target, and people tend to run when they're being slammed by big numbers, making it difficult for you to do your thing.
Your best bet is air spells (or fire if you want AoE) along with strip/rend enchantment and something to prevent healing (lingering curse is ideal, but there are other options).

Oh and go E/N. Soul reaping isn't as useful as energy storage (although with the recent spirit spamming groups, this is arguable).
